- Grasp the market dynamics and fragrance trends of cosmetics, perfumes and daily chemical fragrance products, predict future market trends.
- Responsible for the overall operation and daily management of the project, including project reception, planning, project follow-up, organization evaluation, application testing, etc., and coordinate to solve problems in the implementation of tasks.
- Complete the selection of fragrance projects, and grasp the feasibility of the project according to market and sales needs .
- Cooperate with the sales department to formulate the development plan and strategic goals of the product category.
- Complete other tasks assigned by the leadership
Job requirements
- Bachelor degree or above.
- Pass CET-4 and above, have a certain basic English ability.
- Have strong communication, expression and coordination skills.
- Those who are sensitive to fragrance are given priority.
